Overview



	The FLORIDA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, July 26, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 3, 2021, immediately following conclusion of the Agenda Conference

PLACE:	Room 148, Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida.

Subject:	The purpose of this hearing shall be to receive testimony and exhibits and to take final action relative to the petitions filed by Duke Energy Florida, LLC d/b/a Duke Energy, Florida Power & Light Company, Florida Public Utilities Company, Gulf Power Company, and Tampa Electric Company in Docket No. 20210010-EI (Storm protection plan cost recovery clause) and to take action on any motions or other matters that may be pending at the time of the hearing.
