6A-2.0020

Eligibility for Charter School Capital Outlay

PURPOSE:

To conform to SB-1028, which adds Schools of Hope operated by a Hope operator to the list of charter schools eligible to apply for charter school capital outlay.

SUMMARY:

This change revises the charter school capital outlay application (Form IEPC-CO1) to add Schools of Hope to the menu of eligible entities.
