RULE:

68A-27.003

Florida Endangered and Threatened Species List; Prohibitions

PURPOSE:

The Commission is considering revising the rule to incorporate by reference and link to Commission-approved Guidelines for the American oystercatcher, least tern, snowy plover, and black skimmer, and revise rule provisions associated with species classified as Endangered, Threatened, or Species of Special Concern.

SUBJECT:
