Alternative Plans Review and Inspection forms Adopted

PURPOSE:

House Bill 401 (2021) removed the requirement that the Florida Building Commission adopt forms pertaining to private provider plan compliance and job site identification. House Bill 401 (2021) also replaced the requirement for a fax number field on the notice of use of private provider form with a field for the provider’s e-mail address. The Commission intends to remove the unnecessary forms, and update the URL and use of private provider form.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendment will remove unnecessary forms and make a minor change required in the remaining form.
