	The Department of Health announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	September 17, 2021, 8:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Augustus B Turnbull Conference Center, 555 W. Pensacola St., Tallahassee, FL 32306

Subject:	Division of Medical Quality Assurance Long-Range Policy Planning meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to review the long-range policy planning and monitoring process with the board/council chairs and/or vice chairs, as required by sections 456.005 and 456.025, Florida Statutes, and with the health care associations, to include recommendations specific to each profession.
