Overview



	The Department of Children and Family Services announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	February 22, 2006, 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Central Time).

PLACE:	Jackson County Agricultural Conference Center, 2741 Pennsylvania Avenue, Marianna, Florida.

Subject:	To gather information and comments on the eligibility determination process for Medicaid benefits based on age or disability, including nursing home care. The process includes the electronic web based application, referrals, notices and communication with staff. (Note: The meeting is not intended to address eligibility criteria such as income and asset limits, or service issues such as access to prescription drugs.)
