	The FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, DISTRICT SEVEN announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	You are invited to attend and participate in the Drew Street Corridor Study and Concept Evaluation Stakeholder Meeting. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Seven has scheduled the Corridor Study Stakeholders Meetings to provide an update on the Drew Street Corridor Study and Concept Evaluation from N. Osceola Avenue to US 19 being conducted in Pinellas County, Florida. This project will be coordinated with Pinellas County, the City of Clearwater, Forward Pinellas Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) and the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) to develop potential solutions that establish a safer multimodal environment utilizing a context-sensitive approach. This study builds upon the community-based Drew Street Concept Plan, completed in September 2018 and will evaluate the recommendations from the study, identify any additional alternatives, and ultimately provide an engineering analysis of any impacts and design considerations of the preferred concepts. The study will determine how best to meet the needs of current and future users, and establish a plan for safe transportation improvements. The result of the Drew Street Corridor Study and Concept Evaluation will include the development of a Corridor Development Plan, which will identify a range of multi-modal solutions to address the mobility needs within a context that reflects the long-term vision for the study corridor. The Corridor Development Plan will help to guide future development within the corridor and prepare for next steps, as well as identify specific improvements that can potentially be advanced in the near term though local agency participation and/or by FDOT. At the Stakeholder Meeting, the study team will virtually go through aerials of the corridor segments to discuss design considerations based on the preferred concepts identified in the Drew Street Concept Plan as well as design standards and context considerations. The team will review design options for the next phase of project development, discuss next steps and gather comments and feedback from participants.
