Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, September 2, 2021, at 5:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Virtually on GoTo Webinar; By phone at 1-877- 309-2071 with passcode 382-588-214; In-Person at the Plaza Live

Subject:	A public meeting will be held regarding project plans on East Colonial Drive (State Road (S.R.) 50) from Thornton Avenue to Mills Avenue (U.S. 17-92). (FPID no. 445693-1) The purpose of this project is to increase safety and improve traffic operations along East Colonial Drive from Thornton Avenue to Mills Avenue. To do so, various improvements are planned along the corridor including traffic signal upgrades, turn lane improvements, access modifications, and enhanced pedestrian accommodations. The public meeting is being held to present information and receive community feedback. The Department is offering multiple ways for the community to participate in the meeting. All participants, regardless of platform they choose, will participate in the same live meeting. Virtual Option: Interested persons may join the Virtual Public Meeting (VPM) from a computer, tablet, or mobile device. A VPM is a free live presentation or webinar over the internet. For this option, advance registration is required by visiting https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/2816113577677708816. Once registered, participants will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting online. Please note, Internet Explorer cannot be used to register or attend this webinar. If joining online, please provide adequate log-in time to view the presentation in its entirety.
