Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation, District 7 announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	August 19, 2021, 6:00 p.m.

Subject:	The proposed project will modify medians along US 19 (34th Street) from SR 682 (54th Avenue S) to 22nd Avenue North. In addition to the median modifications, the roadway will be repaved, and highway lighting will be replaced at the signalized intersections. Sidewalks will also be widened on both sides of the roadway. A new pedestrian crossing with pedestrian activated beacons will be added at 3rd Ave S. To allow for maximum participation, the public meeting will be held in three formats including virtually over the internet, at an in-person drive-thru location, and by phone. Project staff will be available to answer questions and receive comments at the in-person drive-thru location and online. Information presented will be identical at all options.
