RULE:

65C-30.001

Definitions

PURPOSE:

The Department intends to amend rule 65C-30.001, F.A.C., to add definitions and remove an obsolete definition for terms used in a rule chapters.

SUMMARY:

The amendments accomplish the following: 1) Definitions of “Enhanced Level II Foster Home” and “ Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System” are added; and 2) the definition of “Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System” is removed.
