Contract Requirements

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this proposed rule is to reimplement as administrative rules contractual requirements that were previously repealed as a part of 19B-5.003.

SUMMARY:

This proposed rule permits the Account Owner or Beneficiary to submit a written request for an extension to the Board and describes the factors the Board considers for granting such extensions.
