	The Department of Transportation District 2 announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	September 9, 2021, 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

PLACE:	FDOT Urban Office Training Center, 2198 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32204; online at nflroads.com/vph; or by phone at (213) 929-4212, access code 777-897-321.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites you to a hybrid public meeting to discuss proposed modifications on Beach Boulevard (State Road 212) in Jacksonville, Financial Project Number 441208-1. FDOT proposes closure of the median opening between Kenneth Street and Camden Avenue as part of a planned intersection improvements project on Beach Boulevard from San Mateo Street to Schumacher Avenue. The hybrid meeting will be held Thursday, September 9, 2021 with an informal open house from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. and a formal presentation beginning at 6 p.m. Citizens may participate online at nflroads.com/VPH or by phone at (213) 929-4212 using access code 777-897-321. Citizens who are unable to participate virtually may attend the meeting in person at the FDOT Urban Office Training Center located at 2198 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32204. Public participation is sought without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability or family status.
