PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to establish regulations covering the sale and distribution of Polystyrene packaging in Food Establishments.

SUBJECT:

Annual reporting of the sale and distribution of Polystyrene packaging, penalties for violations of the new regulations, and the gradual phaseout of the sale or distribution of Polystyrene packaging.
