61G5-29.001

Definitions

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes a rule amendment that protects the health, safety, and welfare of the public and assists licensees by clarifying facial techniques that may be used by licensed cosmetologists and specialists.

SUMMARY:

This rule amendment includes services set forth in rule 61G5-18.00015 that are relevant for full and facial specialists.
