Subject:	Audit/Budget/Finance Committee Meeting: To discuss the proposed 2021-2022 budget and make recommendations to the Board; to review and discuss matters related to FAJUA Audited Financials and any other matters that may come before the Committee. Board of Governors Meeting: To receive reports from the General Manager, Committees and General Counsel; to consider and take action based on those reports; Annual Statutory Rate Filing and to consider any other matters that may come before the Board.
