RULE:

64B18-17.001

Continuing Education Required for License Renewal

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes a rule amendment that requires all licensed podiatric physicians to take 2 hours of continuing education in the safe and effective prescribing of controlled substances per recent statutory changes.

SUMMARY:

The rule amendment modifies the requirements for continuing education required for license renewal to comply with statutory changes.
