Monroe County Designated Anchoring Limitation Areas

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule development is to establish guidance and direction for owners and operators of vessels anchoring upon the waters of the state within the Monroe County anchoring limitation area, pursuant to section 327.4108, Florida Statutes.
