Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes a rule amendment to clarify language regarding the existing disciplinary guidelines and to add guidelines for out-of-state telehealth providers and additional violations due to statutory changes.

SUMMARY:

The rule amendment updates and clarifies the language regarding disciplinary guidelines to comply with statutory changes.
