PURPOSE:

This rule chapter establishes the requirements for the department’s prescription drug donation repository program as created under section 465.1902, Florida Statutes.

SUMMARY:

Definitions, repository application requirements and forms, eligibility requirements and forms for donors and patients, and requirements and forms for recordkeeping, inspections and recall of donated drugs or supplies.
