Overview



	The Florida Department of State announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 7, 9am

Subject:	The Florida Council on Arts and Culture and the Historical Commission will discuss the new African American Cultural and Historical Grant Program and review and vote on the guidelines, as well as any other business which may appropriately come before the group. Note: If a quorum of members does not attend, items on the agenda for formal action will be discussed as a workshop by those present, and written minutes will be taken although no formal action will be taken.
