Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, November 10, 2021, 12 p.m. (EST)

PLACE:	Online, www.nwflroads.com/virtualmeetings

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will hold a virtual project update to present information and gather feedback concerning the improvements to State Road (S.R.) 155 (Meridian Road) from S.R. 61 (Thomasville Road) to County Road 63A (Lakeshore Drive) in Leon County. This virtual project update can be viewed at 12 p.m. (EST) Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at www.nwflroads.com/virtualmeetings. The intent of this project is to resurface the existing travel lanes and auxiliary lanes on S.R. 155 (Meridian Road) from S.R. 61 (Thomasville Road) to C.R. 63A (Lakeshore Drive). A 600-foot section of sidewalk will be constructed on the west side of Meridian Road from Pinewood Drive to John Knox Road to improve connectivity. Additional improvements include upgrading existing curb ramps and pedestrian signals to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) access requirements, updating signing and striping, and replacing guardrail, damaged curb and curb inlets. FDOT representatives are available to discuss the proposed improvements, answer questions, and receive comments.
