Overview



	The FISH AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION COMMISSION announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, November 17, 2021, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. ET

PLACE:	Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort, 100 N Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32118

Subject:	During the February 2021 Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission meeting, the Commissioners directed staff to develop a Technical Assistance Group (TAG) to help address nonnative fish and wildlife issues in Florida. The purpose of this TAG is to enhance and promote ongoing dialogue and mutual understanding among organizations and agencies, and their respective stakeholders, by working together to examine the regulatory structure for nonnative fish and wildlife in Florida. The TAG will be utilized to gather information, not serve as an advisory committee, nor is it delegated any decision-making authority. This first meeting will be organizational in nature and provide stakeholders information regarding the purpose, governance, and background of the TAG.
