RULE:

64B2-16.003

Guidelines for the Disposition of Disciplinary Cases

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to update and revise the Boards’ disciplinary guidelines to add penalties for newly enacted disciplinary violations.

SUMMARY:

Updates the rule with additional guidelines for violations created by Chapters 2021-190 and 2021-199, Laws of Florida.
