Overview



	The South Florida Water Management District announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, November 10, 2021, 9:00 AM or thereafter during the Monthly Meeting of the South Florida Water Management District Governing Board

PLACE:	SFWMD Headquarters B-1 Building, 3301 Gun Club Road West Palm Beach, FL 33406 Members of the public may participate and provide public comment in-person or via Zoom, a media technology free for the public to use.

Subject:	The Governing Board of the South Florida Water Management District will hold a Public Hearing to discuss proposed boundary modifications to the District’s Five Year (Florida Forever) Work Plan (Section 373.199, Florida Statutes and Section 373.139(3), Florida Statutes). The proposed modifications move the initial project footprint about one mile to the west and increases the originally planned acres of the Project Component from 904 acres to 1,583.29 acres. All of the lands are located within the Indian River Lagoon - South, CERP Project in St. Lucie County. The public and stakeholders will have an opportunity to view and comment on the Public Hearing by attending in person or utilizing the following link https://sfwmd-gov.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_27iu5sCVSoewnimOl3Lfuw. The link will go live at approximately 9:00 AM on November 10, 2021. The Governing Board may take official action at the meeting on any item appearing on the agenda and on any item that is added to the agenda as a result of a change to the agenda approved by the presiding officer of the meeting pursuant to Section 120.525, Florida Statutes.
