RULE:

69K-1.001

List of Approved Forms; Incorporation by Reference.

PURPOSE:

This rulemaking amends form DFS-C-MON1, Application for Monument Establishment License, to conform to changes in state law. This rulemaking also deletes unnecessary forms.

SUBJECT:

This rulemaking conforms filing fees and application requirements for monument retailers in accordance with state law.
