Subject:	The Board of Accountancy shall be meeting to discuss general board business regarding Section 473.313(5), Florida Statutes. Portions of the meeting will be closed pursuant to subsection 286.011 (8), Florida Statutes to discuss settlement options in DOAH Case No. 21-2573. Those in attendance shall be: Board Members Steve Platau, William Blend, William Benson, Shireen Sackreiter, Tracy Keegan, Michelle Maingot, Brent Sparkman, and Jason Lafser; Executive Director Roger Scarborough; Attorneys Rachelle Munson and Robert Milne.
