64B20-2.003

Provisional Licensure; Requirements

PURPOSE:

The new language would allow the Board to approve a subsequent provisional license if good cause shown by the person whose provisional license has or will expire prior to completion of all requirements of Rule 64B20-2.001, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

The new language clarifies that a person may not receive a subsequent provisional license unless approved by the Board for good cause shown.
