Overview

RULE:

69K-21.008	Notification of Change in Funeral Director in Charge.
69K-21.009	Disinterment Reporting.

PURPOSE:

The rules require certain reporting and documentation requirements for disinterment of decedents and for changes to directors in charge at funeral homes. The amendments clarify the requirements and delete unnecessary language.

SUBJECT:

The rules address reporting requirements for funeral director changes and disinterment.
