RULE:

69K-13.001

General Provisions

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will update building requirements for structures used for interment, entombment and inurnment. The rulemaking conforms these building requirements to the Florida Building Code. The rulemaking will also remove unnecessary language.

SUBJECT:

The proposed amendments will conform building requirements for deathcare structures to the Florida Building Code.
