Delinquency Fee

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes a rule amendment to reduce the delinquency fee for active and inactive licenses from $400.00 to $200.00 through 2028 and then to $295.00 moving forward.

SUBJECT:

The rule amendment addresses the delinquency fee amount.
