Professional Geologist Departmental Forms

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking seeks to amend Existing Rule 61-35.021, F.A.C., in order to update and revise language within DBPR PG4701 which amends reference of “Licensure by Endorsement (10 years of experience)” to “Licensure by Endorsement (10 years of licensure)”, and DBPR PG4702 changing the title of the application from “Registration of Qualifying Geologist/Geologist of Record” to “Registration of Geology Business”.

SUMMARY:

Within the provided paragraph the Department proposes to amend Rule 61-35.021 to adopt the forms.
