Protection Zones for Springs

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking effort is to create guidelines and criteria for the establishment of protection zones for springs in accordance with section 327.45, Florida Statutes.

SUMMARY:

This rulemaking effort will provide for guidelines and criteria for the establishment of protection zones for springs and spring groups, and their associated spring runs.
