6A-10.084

Disqualification List

PURPOSE:

To develop a rule that creates a Disqualification List that will include all educational support employees, instructional personnel and administrative personnel who resign, are terminated, or resign in lieu of termination for a qualified violation. These individuals will be tracked, preventing them from being hired by another district and preventing future abuse. The rule will also include related definitions and the steps for inclusion to the list and removal from the list.
