PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to clarify language regarding the requirement of a remedial course if applicant passed the examination more than five years prior to application for licensure.

Language regarding the requirement of a remedial course if applicant passed the examination more than five years prior to application for licensure will be updated and clarified.
