	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Four announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	The Virtual Public Meeting will be held Thursday, March 3, 2022 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. and the in-person Construction Open House will be held Thursday, March 3, 2022 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

PLACE:	The in-person Construction Open House will be held at the Sunset Lakes Community Center located at 2801 SW 186th Avenue Miramar, FL 33029. Subject:	Financial Management No.: 441579-1-52-01 Project Description: SW 184th Avenue from SW 40th Street/Bass Creek Road to SR 858/Miramar Parkway, and SR 858/Miramar Parkway from SW 184th Avenue to SW 172nd Avenue, Broward County. Project improvements include the following: • Installing a paved 10-foot shared-use path along SW 184th Avenue • Widening the roadway to accommodate a 7-foot bicycle lane along SR 858/Miramar Parkway • Upgrading pedestrian signalization at the intersections of Miramar Parkway and SW 184th Avenue, SW 178th Avenue, and SW 172nd Avenue • Milling, resurfacing, and replacing pavement markings at the intersections of SR 858/Miramar Parkway and SW 184th Avenue, and SW 178th Avenue Construction will begin March 2, 2022 and is estimated to be completed in Late 2022. The estimated construction cost is $1,376,781. The in-person Construction Open House will have project representatives available to answer questions and provide assistance during the meeting. The Virtual Public Meeting will consist of a brief presentation followed by a question & answer segment and comments from 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and again from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Project staff will be available to answer questions and provide assistance. Questions will be answered as time allows and in order received. If your question is not addressed during the event, a response will be provided in writing following the Virtual Public Meeting.
