Academically High-Performing School District Virtual Instruction Plan

PURPOSE:

To establish a process and template for academically high-performing school districts to submit their plan for up to two days of virtual instruction to the Department for approval, per section 1003.621(2)(g), F.S., amended in 2021 by Senate Bill 1028.

SUMMARY:

This rule will allow academically high-performing school districts to submit their plan for up to two days of virtual instruction to the Department for approval.
