RULE:

11C-4.010

Criminal Justice Crime Data Reporting

PURPOSE:

The rule is created due to the implementation of the National Incident-Based Crime Reporting and Use-of-Force requirements.

SUMMARY:

New rule due to federal mandate for law enforcement agencies to submit incident-based crime and use-of-force data to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
