69G-20.001	REGISTRATION

PURPOSE:

This rulemaking will amend and clarify the registration requirements for claimant representatives, amend claim filing procedures and forms used in making claims, amend procedures and forms for use by heirs to file claims for unclaimed property valued at $10,000.00 or less, and make other updates as may be determined necessary.

SUMMARY:

This rulemaking will address requirements by claimants and claimant representatives and the procedures and forms used in filing claims for unclaimed property.
