RULE:

64B5-12.013	Continuing Education Requirements; Specific Continuing Education Course Requirements; and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
64B5-12.0175	Standards for Approved Providers

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment is to update, remove and clarify rule text.

SUMMARY:

Clarify requirements of CPR training, must be “hands-on” component and specify that providers may submit electronic course completion certificates and not retain records for four years.
