	The Bay County Transportation Planning Organization Board and Committees announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at 3:30 P.M.

PLACE:	Bay County Transit Office, 1021 Massalina Drive Panama City, Florida 32404

Subject:	Bay County TPO and Advisory Committees to Hold April Meeting with Opportunity for Public Input The Bay County Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) will hold a public meeting at 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at the Bay County Transit Office, 1021 Massalina Drive Panama City, Florida 32404. The Technical Coordinating Committee (TCC) will meet at 11:00 a.m. and the Citizens’ Advisory Committee (CAC) will meet at 1:30 p.m. The TPO and advisory committee meetings will be held in person at the above location. However, for the convenience of our community members, the meeting can be accessed online via GoToWebinar or by phone. All in-person participants are encouraged to follow CDC COVID-19 guidelines and social distancing recommendations. The TPO will consider: • Resolution Bay 22-09 Surplusing Rolling Stock, Transit Vehicle 1201 (2012 El Dorado EX Rider II) • Resolution Bay 22-10 Ratifying and Affirming an LED Lighting Easement with Florida Power and Light Company (FPL) for the Purpose of Laying Cable and Installing Parking Lot Lighting • Resolution Bay 22-14 Updating ADA and Deviated Fixed Route Policy, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Policy, Drug and Alcohol Plan, Facilities and Equipment Maintenance Plan, Procurement Manual, Public Transit Agency Safety Plan (PTASP), Title VI Non-Discrimination Plan, Transit Asset Management Plan (TAMP) and the Security Program Plan (SPP) • Resolution Bay 22-15 Authorizing Bay County Transit Staff to Develop and Engage in a Strategic Planning Process to Chart the Future Course of the Bay County Public Transit System • Resolution Bay 22-07 Adopting the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 – FY 2024 Bay County Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) • Resolution BAY 22-08 Amending the FY 2022-2026 Transportation Improvement Program to Add CR 391 Airport Road at 19th Street, Intersection Project, in FY 2021/2022 and FY 2022/2023 at a Total Cost of $1,145,252 • Resolution BAY 22-16 Amending the FY 2022-2026 Transportation Improvement Program to Add Design and Additional Right-of-Way Funds for SR 30A (US 98) Panama City Beach Parkway from Mandy Lane to East of Nautilus Street, Capacity Project, in FY 2021/2022 at a Total Cost of $10,926,951 • Resolution Bay 22-17 Supporting Changes to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Florida Greenways and Trails System • Resolution Bay 22-11 Authorizing the TPO Chair to Procure a Drive Through Brushing and Touchless Automatic Heavy-Duty Wash System • Resolution Bay 22-12 Approving the Rebranding of Bay Town Trolley to Bay Way • Resolution Bay 22-13 Awarding HDR Engineering a Contract for Design and Project Management of a New Bus Wash Facility A full agenda, when available, can be viewed at http://www.ecrc.org/BAYTPOMeetings.
