Ether Applications; Licensing; Permitting; Records; Security; Distributing; Disposal

PURPOSE:

This rule development will consider a rule necessary to correct the language in the rule to conform to existing forms that are incorporated by reference and to correct the law implemented.

SUBJECT:

Adoption and incorporation by reference of the diethyl ether permit application and renewal application.
