Administrative Confinement

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to delete unnecessary language from form DC4-650, Observation Checklist.

SUMMARY:

Unnecessary language related to bathroom use is deleted from Form DC4-650, and other provisions are reorganized to make the form more user-friendly.
