Electrical Contractors' Departmental Forms

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking seeks to amend Existing Rule 61-35.012, F.A.C., in order to update and revise application forms DBPR ECLB 1 and DBPR ECLB 1-A, to comply with changes to rule 61G6-6.017 and 61G6-5.003, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

Within the provided paragraph the Department proposes to amend Rule 61-35.012 to adopt the forms.
