Immunization Administration Certification Application

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to update the title of the incorporated form and to revise the incorporated form for purposes of adding Pharmacy Technicians to effectuate Chapter 2022-60, Laws of Florida.

SUMMARY:

The title of the incorporated form will be updated and the incorporated form will be revised.
