PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to update language in the rule, to modify eligibility criteria for Team Coordinators and Case Coordinators, and to add criteria for an Intake Coordinator.

SUMMARY:

The rule revises definitions, professional qualifications, Team responsibilities, and the waiver process.
