Food Service Standards

PURPOSE:

Rule 59A-36.012 outlines the responsibilities for food service standards within assisted living facilities.

SUMMARY:

The Agency is proposing to amend Rule 59A-36.012 to incorporate updated USDA Dietary Guidelines used in meal planning by assisted living facilities.
