PURPOSE:

Chapter 73C-23 implements the Florida Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program set forth in section 290.0401-290.048, F.S. The rules will be amended to include infrastructure planning as an eligible activity under the Program.

SUBJECT:

The subject areas to be amended in chapter 73C, F.A.C., include forms, definitions, and application process.
