	The Department of Management Services announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	September 28, 2022, 2:00 PM Eastern

PLACE:	Department of Management Services, 4050 Esplanade Way, Conference Room 101, Tallahassee, Florida 32399

Subject:	In accordance with section 120.525, Florida Statutes, a public opening is hereby noticed for the following Invitations to Negotiate (ITN) Numbers: DMS-22/23-046 for Third Party Administrative (TPA) Services for Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage, DMS-22/23-047 for TPA Services for Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) services, and DMS-22/23-048 for TPA Services for Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) coverage. The Department reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda, and changes to the timeline and specifically to the meeting notice listed above. The Department will post notice of any changes or additional meetings within the Vendor Information Portal (VIP) in accordance with subsection 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and will not re-advertise notice in the Florida Administrative Register (FAR).
