60A-1.020

Attestation Forms

PURPOSE:

To implement section 908.111, F.S., as created by Chapter 2022-193, Laws of Florida, and incorporate form PUR 1808, Common Carrier or Contracted Carrier Attestation Form, by which common carriers and contracted carriers may submit the required attestation.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule incorporates the attestation form.
