	The Department of Revenue announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	May 16, 2006, during a regular meeting of the Governor and Cabinet, 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Cabinet Meeting Room, Lower Level, The Capitol, Tallahassee.

Subject:	Approval of adoption of the proposed amendments to Rule Chapter 12B-8, F.A.C. (Insurance Premium Taxes, Fees and Surcharges). A Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for the proposed rule changes was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on January 13, 2006 (Vol. 32, No. 2, pp. 116-119). A Notice of Change was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on March 3, 2006 (Vol. 32, No. 9, p. 916).
